Dependent Sketches Don't Update After Base Sketch Changes

When a dimension in a base sketch is changed, sketches attached to the resulting faces can lose their references to the original edges. Dependent geometry then remains in its previous position instead of updating with the changed shape. Fixing/redefining the face does not restore the broken internal references. Dependent sketches should maintain their edge references and update automatically when the parent geometry changes.
