Similar to OnShape, ability to create slots off Lines, Arcs and Splines (not implemented yet)
Make Circular/Linear Array Editable
User should be able to change the distance and other properties of Linear and Circular Array items.
Circular Array with Start/End Angles
Improve the Circular Array tool with an angle-based workflow. Allow users to define both the start angle and end angle, in addition to the number of instances, so patterns can be distributed precisely along a partial or full circle.
Associative Sketch Offset
Improve the Offset tool so that offset geometry remains linked to its source geometry. When the source shape changes, the offset should automatically maintain the specified distance.
Dependent Sketches Don't Update After Base Sketch Changes
When a dimension in a base sketch is changed, sketches attached to the resulting faces can lose their references to the original edges. Dependent geometry then remains in its previous position instead of updating with the changed shape. Fixing/redefining the face does not restore the broken internal references. Dependent sketches should maintain their edge references and update automatically when the parent geometry changes.
Sketch Text
Add support for creating text directly within sketches. Text should be usable as a profile for 3D operations, allowing users to extrude or extrude-cut the text into the model.
Add shortcut for constraints
It would be great if, in sketch mode, when lines, points, arc, circle, etc, are selected, we can use some keyboard shortcut to speed up constraining. As example: I select 1 line, I can use h or v to make it horizontal/vertical, d to make dimension I select 1 line and one point, I can use m for midpoint or c for coincidence Since the actual modal has the context of the constraints applicable, it can put a notification that says Can’t apply [CONSTRAINT]
Display error on dimensions
On line, when the dimension is outside boundaries, the 2 arrow should point to the boundaries instead of only one
Order project in gallery
It would be great to order project by alphabetic, creation date and updated at (with later, option to let or not folder at the top level)
Zoom out too much on sketch editing
When editing a sketch, it zooms out too much which forces us to zoom again to access the sketch. Maybe we can make the sketch fit the screen?
Entering a negative value understands the reverse action
When entering a negative value in extrude (for instance), it would be great if it understands that it should extrude positively in the other direction
Switching panel is slow
When switching in the menu containing the solids, sketches, etc, the items takes time to display.
Close the current project with ⌘+W
When a project is opened, close the project with ⌘+W, and goes back to project list
Adapt the size of the XY, YZ, XZ to the zoom level
When zoomed in and want to start a sketch on a base plane, we don’t fully see all the plane, we need to zoom out. Maybe adapte the plan size based on zoom.
Gizmo in the way on sketch
When sketching on a plane, the normal gizmo axe display the arrow which hide the origin point (for constraints). The need to fully hide the gizmo to see the point
Hiding text icon is not fully hidden
When hiding the sidebar text of the icons, it appear for around 2 seconds when selecting a tool or changing panel. The delay should be configurable in settings. 0 - Never display on tool/panel change 0 - The delay like it is currently
Pan distance travel
When panning model/sketch, the distance between my finger from the start point is not proportional to the real distance. Image for exemple, cercle is the fingers position, rectangle is the sketch rectangle position. Green is the starting point, red is the release point.
Reactivity of canvas movement
Currently, when I orbit or pan my model, I get a smooth delay so it takes me more time to find the view I need. It would be great to remove this smoothness or make it a global setting for the delay/distance smoothness.
Project Folders
Add folders or groups to organize projects on the home screen. This would allow users who create multiple versions of parts by duplicating projects to keep related files together instead of cluttering the main project list.
