Add shortcut for constraints

It would be great if, in sketch mode, when lines, points, arc, circle, etc, are selected, we can use some keyboard shortcut to speed up constraining.

As example:

• I select 1 line, I can use h or v to make it horizontal/vertical, d to make dimension

• I select 1 line and one point, I can use m for midpoint or c for coincidence

Since the actual modal has the context of the constraints applicable, it can put a notification that says Can’t apply [CONSTRAINT]
